Applicant Packager is made by one person, so email is the best way to reach me.
That address reaches me directly. There is no guaranteed response time or support level; replies depend on how busy things are.
What to write about
- Bug reports. What you did, what happened, and the exact error message. Your Windows version and the app version help.
- Feature requests. What you are trying to do, and why the current version makes it awkward.
- Questions. Connecting a mailbox, creating an app password, finding the installer, or using the command-line tool.
- Privacy questions. The Privacy Policy covers the website and the app first; write to me if something is still unclear.
Try the guides first
Most setup questions are answered in the recruiter guides, including creating a Gmail app password, downloading CVs from email, saving attachments from Thunderbird and using the command-line tool.
Please don't send applicant CVs, personal data or passwords by email.
I do not need them to help, and email is not a safe place for them. Describe the problem instead. If a screenshot helps, blur names, addresses and anything else that identifies an applicant.
