Website privacy

This notice covers the Applicant Packager website and enquiries to Ramy Elbeitam. It is separate from the desktop application's handling of applicant records on a recruiter's computer.

Who to contact

Ramy Elbeitam sells the software personally from the Philippines. Contact [email protected], or 37 Aberdeen St, Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for privacy questions.

Website visits

This page has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, or embedded third-party media. It does not use browser storage or application cookies. When hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare handles connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. Hosting-level processing is separate from the desktop application's no-telemetry behavior. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its handling of information.

Trial requests and correspondence

The request button opens your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. Ramy receives the address, name, message, and other information you include to respond and arrange requested trial access or product support. Do not send CVs, applicant records, mailbox passwords, or payment credentials.

Enquiries are handled to respond to your request and take requested steps toward a possible purchase, or on another lawful basis appropriate to the correspondence. They are not automatically added to a marketing list. Email is handled through Gmail and the email provider you use, which may process information internationally. No payment collection or hosted checkout is currently provided on this page.

Retention and your requests

Ordinary enquiry and support correspondence is scheduled for deletion within 12 months after closure unless an unresolved matter, legal obligation, or legal hold requires longer retention. This requires administration of the email account; it is not a website deletion feature. Hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider's applicable processing and retention arrangements.

Contact Ramy to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law for information he holds. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may also contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another competent authority. Applicant-record requests should be directed to the recruiter responsible for those records.

Changes and desktop processing

If checkout, analytics, forms, or other services are added, this notice will be reviewed before they are deployed. The desktop app processes mailbox information locally and can connect directly to your chosen IMAP provider. It stores scan-history metadata and chosen attachments locally; your organization manages their security and retention. The software's full privacy notice and license terms will be supplied before trial access or purchase.
